About Me

I'm Atika Khan ... a multidisciplinary science student with a drive for medicine, neuroscience, psychology, and the deeper mechanics of how the world works. Growing up as an army kid across 12 different schools made me adaptable, observant, and extremely fast at reading environments, people, and systems....
My academic curiosity spans medicine, neurobiology, clinical psychology, philosophy of mind and science, evolutionary sciences, zoology, chemistry, astronomy, oceanography, physics, anthropology, paleontology, geology, and geopolitical systems. I naturally bridge concepts between fields, which makes my learning broader, sharper, and unusually integrative.... My ultimate goal is to have a career that I'm genuinely passionate about, one that I love and that brings me true joy.
My long-term goal is to build a career in medicine with research in neuroscience, trauma-healing, and surgical sciences ....while maintaining a parallel practice of critical philosophical inquiry to guide ethical, conceptual, and translational aspects of medical science....
